The Living Well Joins CLLCTIVGIVE 2025 to Uplift Black Futures

This August, The Living Well Center for Social and Economic Vibrancy is once again proud to participate in CLLCTIVGIVE 2025, Greater Baltimore’s largest 24-hour crowdfunding campaign in honor of Black Philanthropy Month. Powered by CLLCTIVLY, this campaign unites the city in celebration of Black-led organizations shaping social change—and we are honored to be among them.

🖤 Why We Give. Why We Grow.

For years, The Living Well has stood as a liberatory third space, dedicated to healing, cultural sustainability, and collective power. We’ve turned abandoned space in Old Goucher into a canopy of community care, creativity, and wellness. Through your generosity, we've raised over $60,000 in past CLLCTIVGIVE campaigns—directly fueling healing programs, cultural incubators, and ecosystem-building efforts led by and for Black Baltimore.

This year, we’re calling on you again—to help us close the equity gap and build Black futures through three core initiatives:

📚 The Living Library

A dynamic cultural archive and healing resource space centering Black knowledge, ancestral wisdom, and wellness. Your gift helps us preserve, share, and grow access to culturally grounded learning for generations to come.

🌿 The Black Canni Cohort

Our pipeline for legacy cannabis operators to transition into the regulated or ancillary markets. The cohort offers education, policy advocacy, and a network of care to ensure that Black pioneers of plant medicine are not left behind in the legal cannabis economy.

🛠️ Breaking Free: Men’s Healing Circles

Led by Brain Trust member Dr. Henry Gregory, these trauma-informed circles create sacred space for Black men to process, heal, and rebuild. Your donation ensures that our brothers are supported through community-rooted mental wellness practices.

🌍 What Is CLLCTIVGIVE?

CLLCTIVGIVE, hosted by CLLCTIVLY, is a 24-hour campaign mobilizing support for Baltimore’s Black-led organizations. Since 2019, CLLCTIVLY has invested over $3 million in no-strings-attached grants—uplifting Black changemakers and expanding their visibility, impact, and connection to community.
